Stefan Roscovan represents Moldova in Minsk with the song Allibaba. Stefan lives in Chisinau and he performs from the age of three. Stefan has participated in various international festivals in Ukraine, Latvia and Romania and in the 2008 Slavonic Bazaar in Vitebsk where he won the 2nd prize. Stefan wrote the song together with Daniela Doroftei and Nicolae Caragia.
