Bartas was born as Nojus Bartaška in Kaunas in 1996 and he is representing Lithuania with the song Oki Doki. In 2007 and 2008 he failed to win the Lithuanian pre-selection but this time he won. He wrote the song together with Rūta Lukoševičiūtė and Arvydas Martinėnas-Vudis. On stage he is accompanied by five dancers Ema, Migle, Beatrice, Karolina en Andrija.
