Martine Clémenceau

Martine Clémenceau is a French singer, born March 18, 1949.

She made her singing debut by singing a duet with Michel Sardou.

In 1971 Martine won the Grand Prix at the World Popular Song Festival in Japan with the song Un Jour l'Amour. The song was a big hit in Japan.

In 1973 she was chosen to represent France at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Sans Toi which came equal 15th in Luxemburg.

In 1977 Martine represented France for the 2nd time at the W.P.S.F. in Japan. The song L'Amour Monsieur came 10th in the Grand Final and won an Outstanding Song Award.

Martine is still active in the music business and released her latest album in 2010.
