Saša Lendero

Saša Lendero, born on August 3 1973 in Ljubljana, is a Slovenian singer.

She took part at EMA, the Slovenian pre-selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, in 2005 with the song Metulj and 2006 with the song Mandoline. Both times she came 2nd.

In 2005 the televoters decided Omar Naber had the best song. But in 2006 the winner was chosen by televoting, SMS voting and a jury of "experts" each with a 1/3 weighting. Saša won the televote and the SMS vote but the "experts" gave her no points at all so it happend that the favourite of the "experts" won.
